A salted duck egg is an East Asian preserved food product made by soaking duck eggs in brine or packing each egg in salted mud. it’s great to put in salads, Asian pastries and cakes, or just eat it as a snack or with white rice. One dozen Salted DUCK eggs for eating – READ FULL DESCRIPTION Eating eggs – not hatching! Our salted eggs are soaked in a brine solution then cooked on the same day of shipping. Eggs are shipped every week via USPS priority on Monday unless it is a USPS holiday, then they are shipped on Tuesday. We ship to all US state. All eggs are candled, each batch is taste tested and cooked prior to shipping so you know you are getting what you asked for. Eggs should be removed from all packing as soon as received and kept in the refrigerator until eaten. Instructions for safe handling are included. Though rare, damage some times occurs due to extra rough handling by USPS. We want to know about any damage, but placing a claim with USPS is your responsibility. You can contact us for help in filing your claim, but you are required to take pictures of the outside of the box to include any damage and the label. Also, at first sign of damage you should take pictures of the inside of the box with the contents showing how they are packed, and then of the damaged eggs themselves. USPS requests that you keep the box and contents for possible inspection by your local post office. No returns accepted. Make sure your address is correct as this can delay or prevent delivery which is not our fault or the USPS’ fault. Though we are new to ebay, we have been doing this for years with excellent results.
