This is the rarest pressing of this album per the Presleyana price guide and book price is $800 Overall the cover and record are in excellent condition. The cover does have a 1 inch seam split on the top. The record has a great gloss and I grade it as a VG+ from the of the minor wear and some light spots to Side 2. The paper sleeve is inside and does have some paper loss at the top. Please see photos This pressing doesn’t come available often and it comes from Elvis’ hometown of Memphis
