Description: Our syrups are home-brewed in non-smoking homes, starting with making them for our own families and then selling them locally as people inquired about buying them from us. We use high quality ingredients to help boost your immune system - including local WI raw honey for added vitamins and antibacterial properties. This syrup must stay refrigerated, as it does not contain preservatives. This listing is for a 8oz. jar of homemade Elderberry Syrup. Please note the consistency is more of a juice than a syrup, as raw honey is used in place of sugar. Syrup Ingredients: organic dried elderberries, local WI raw honey, water, cloves, organic ground ginger, and organic cinnamon sticks! Batch dates are written on the top of each jar, along with serving suggestions. Note that all jars per order may not have the same batch date - but are all made with the same recipe/ingredients. Recommended daily serving sizes: 1-2 teaspoons daily for children over 1, 1-2 tablespoons daily for adults. These servings can be used more intensely (every 3-4 hours) if experiencing cold symptoms/illness. ***Always check with your healthcare provider when taking any supplements like Elderberry. This product has not been tested or evaluated by the FDA and is not intended as a cure for any illness or disease. Due to honey in the recipes, our products are not for children under one year of age.
