EAPG Antique TARENTUM "PRINCETON" Clear Glass 7-piece Berry Bowl Set

Description: Offered for your consideration is a lovely clear class berry bowl set consisting of a master berry bowl and six individual berry bowls made by the Tarentum Glass Company (1894-1917) in their "Princeton" pattern. This pattern was introduced in 1897. The master berry bowl measures 9.25 inches (23.5 cm) in diameter and 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) tall. The six individual berry bowls measure 4.75 inches (12.1 cm) in diameter and are 2 inches (5.1 cm) tall. This berry bowl set is in excellent used condition. One of the individual berry bowls have two chipped off scallops, another of the small bowls has a single missing scallop and a chip on the tip of another. There are no cracks, noticeable scratches, roughness, nor repairs to any of the seven bowls. This bowl set is used so there may be light surface scratches, minor wear, or other indications of use. See photos. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, shear (straw) marks, and additional minor imperfections within the glass due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
