Description: Please read the description before purchasing, thank you and we hope you enjoy your miniature. This is for the full set. If you'd like less, please make a reasonable offer. Thanks All miniatures featured on the store are unpainted. However, for those of you looking for a custom paintjob, my wife is an established artist who once worked for Malibu Comics and has been selling her own paintings at Sci-Conventions for the last 20 years. She accepts commissions on all models in the store, and examples are available upon request. We do not have on hand inventory, unless it's an extra print off a plate or a canceled order. As such, all miniatures are made to order in the order they are received and during busy seasons could take 20-30 business days to fulfill. Unless we just happen to have a model ready to go, nothing will be instant and in a world of instant gratification, I understand how tough that is to adjust to. But 3D printing is a process, a creation of a model one layer at a time, ranging from 400 layers to over 3000 for just one piece of a model. In the end, the printers take as long as they take and we apologize if it feels like it's taking too long, it's just how it is and any attempt to speed up the process will only result in failure. When printed your model is cleaned of supports, washed in alcohol, and then cured. The curing process itself may cause slight variations in larger pieces in how they line up, as will heat exposure. But then, heat exposure using near-boiling water or a Bunsen burner can help slowly move things back in place. We are human, mistakes get made and sometimes a support or twenty are missed, especially when we are busy. Some light cleaning, sanding, and assembly may still be required when you receive your purchase, but warm water will soften the supports and you can use your finger to just push them off, or even a small putty knife. What to expect: For the most part, small miniatures will come assembled, while larger ones will be packaged in multiple components to prevent damage during shipping. IE: Wings, arms, weapons that offer a chance of being damaged during transport do tend to print separately. The weapon likely did not break off in transit, especially if it's wrapped by itself and Gorilla Glue is best to assemble them when they arrive. If you need a diagram or instructions for the larger models, the best we can offer are the pictures above, as none of the creators have supplied us with handouts for the models, and 2500 of them would be a monstrous task to create. Your figure will be 3D printed in resin, ninety-eight percent of the time it'll be gray unless our supplier runs out. If you'd like a different color, you'll have to request it and it might cause a delay in production. Licensing: I am licensed by the creator listed in the title of the listing to sell this item. If you want to know if they have more available, you can find them on stl sites like MMF. If there is a model by them that I do not have, I can always purchase it and make it available to you. As a licensed manufacturer of their models, an agreement is signed that no model may be altered or the stl file sold. If you would like a custom made print, I would look them up and contact them, I'm sure they'll be glad to help. Custom sizing: Each piece is printed at the creator's size choice, but alterations can be made to decrease or increase sizes for your specific needs. Should you require such alterations, click "Make me an offer" and in the note specify which size you're looking for. Common ones are either a decrease to 32 or 28mm, or increase to 54mm or 75mm. If it will fit on a plate, we can likely do it, but the cost will increase the larger you go and is limited to the size of it's largest piece. Scale does not reflect the size of the model: A common misconception is if you buy a 32mm model, you're getting a model that is 32mm in height. Scale is for proportion use only. It's to keep the models in your collection proportional to one another. A goblin and an orc are not meant to be the same height, so if your model seems to big or too small, it does not mean that the wrong figure was printed, but may be the intention of it's creator to be that much smaller or bigger than a medium sized human figure. When you get a Tiamat at 32mm scale, you are not paying for a dragon that is an inch and a half tall, if you do, I'd get your money back. Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping. It it doesn't automatically adjust ask yourself how heavy the item is you're purchasing. If it's a dragon, or a 1:8 scale model, it may be high due to the weight of the package. Weight accumulates and unfortunately it increases the cost of shipping. If, however the price still doesn't seem right, reach out so we can check the weight set for the models you're looking for to ensure it's right, so as to provide you with the correct price and avoid overpaying. If you would like to add your model to an earlier order, message us, make an offer on the item and wait for it to be accepted and an invoice sent with updated shipping, though it may cause your earlier order to be delayed as there might be orders inbetween. We appreciate you checking us out, and hope to do business with you. If there are any further questions, you can find us on here, our official website or on social media under the same store name. New licenses are coming down the pipeline so stay tuned for further updates to our catalog. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, feel free to contact us and all efforts will be made to ensure a pleasant and rewarding buying experience. We would rather send you a replacement for your model than receive negative feedback, as your happiness is important to us.
