Douglas Benita Pomeranian Plush 333.1 w/ All Tags Realistic Dog Retired in 2003

Description: Please note : Due to the value of this plush, I will be requiring signature on delivery for the protection of both the new owner and myself. This listing is for Benita the Pomeranian from Douglas Cuddle Toys. Benita still has all her tags, including an additional tag from the store where she was originally sold in Bend, Oregon. She is, however, used and does have some wear. Please read the "Condition Details" section below for condition information. Benita measures approximately 12" to 13" in length (See 19th/20th Photos with measuring tape). It is my understanding that Benita was first sold in 2001 and was retired in 2003. Judging by the earlier tags on this Benita, my guess is that she was produced in 2001 (although I do not know for certain). A quick note about the photos For some reason my camera accentuated the lighter areas in Benita's fur giving her an almost "striped" appearance. While there are varying shades of fur, they mix together much better in person. The shock of white in the tail, though, is accurate (and is also, I believe, intentional). Condition Details Has a little scuff to one eye (See 21st Photo) & seems to have maybe a few very light and small scratches. Nose has a little light scuffing and has some hair coming out of one nostril (See 23rd Photo). Tail is pretty loose at base & does not have any real internal reinforcement, so will not "stand up"...do not know if it has always been this way or has loosened over time. Has a long jutting thread coming out of one leg (See Last Photo). Hair is pretty wild--smoothed it a bit for the photos, but does not last long. Leaving any grooming to the new owner. Prone to shedding, so please know that grooming will likely lead to at least a little hair loss. Paper tags, both the hang tag and the tag from the store that originally sold the puppy, are beat up w/ creases, scratches/scuffs, etc. (See 2nd & 12th-15th Photos). Does not have any tears, stains, or unpleasant odors. Expect at least some other general wear not specifically listed above.
