The cost of Shipping and Handling is not hidden in increased costs of the items for sale. You pay only for the actual weight of the entire package plus $1.25 for handling, there are no additional handling fees for extra items. The eBay Buyer Protection Plan requires the seller to provide a complete refund of any items lost or damaged in the mail, therefore insurance is added to each item over $10 to cover these losses.
