Description: DESCRIPTION Department 56 Alpine Village Series "St. Nicholas" #56203. This piece was released in December 1998 and retired December 2005. Accessory piece is described "The Santa Claus legend began hundreds of years ago with the generous deeds of St. Nicholas, Bishop of Myra". Previous owner had a collection of Department 56 Alpine Village and other Department 56 series buildings and accessories. All were displayed and placed back into their boxes after. This piece comes to you in the original styrofoam shell and sleeve. This collection came from a non-smoking home. In my opinion, the accessory is in very good condition - no issues noted on my inspection.
