Description: I have a very nice older Craftsman shop vacuum but have nowhere to procure the filters locally. I needed a HEPA filter and could not find one even online. I noticed the Craftsman filters are the same diameter as standard Shop Vac brand filters, which are widely available, just 1" taller. So I designed and 3D printed an adapter to use the Shop Vac filters on my Craftsman vacuum. Problem solved. I thought others might have the same issue, so here I am selling these adapters. My vacuum is a 8 gallon model, pictured above, but I think there are other models that also use the same 17884 filter. I included several pictures of the Craftsman filter/adapter vs. Shop Vac filters with this adapter.
