Great shape, the print is free of any damage, clean, no fading, no creases, no tears-mint. The frame is very good, no damage, just a couple of light corner/edge scuffs, small scratches but looks great, tight & ready to hang. Glass is free of chips, cracks or scratches. Between the glass and the matte there is a small white paper circle stuck, on the left side. There is a modest amount of dust or debris showing under the glass in both bottom corners. Also, there is some 'shadows' or faint hazy residue showing under the glass in both right-hand corners. On the wall, these flaws are between subtle and invisible but they should be noted; could remove the print to clean the glass/matte if you choose. Direct from a local downsizing this looks good on the wall and ready to hang. Please review the photos and feel free to send any questions.
