Description: This outfit is tailored for EFFNER DOLL LITTLE DARLING 13".I love this beautifully printed cotton fabric.It looks very cute on her.The bodice is lined and I use the snap closure in the back.The fabric is pre-washed and all seams are finished with a serger. Care instruction: close the snaps, hand wash and lay flat to dry. Fabric pattern placement may vary from photo. My items come from new materials in a non-smoking no pets environment.
