The painting depicts an absolutely charming scene of a dog and which we believe to be an English springer spaniel gazing out over a reflecting pond. The dog stands on a large rock and stares out into the water curiously contemplating it's reflection off of the surface. Or perhaps it is intrigued by a fish swimming under the surface out of our view. Either way the scene is perfect for lovers of dogs and English springer spaniels. The painting is signed in what could possibly be G Barton or G Baron or G Baris and dated 1997 in the lower right corner. We just cannot definitively make out the signature so we have taken close-up pictures for your consideration. Framed in a nice quality, solid wood frame, and in overall fine condition.
