I size mine to fit snug like a wrist watch but can easily be pushed down to dangle at bottom of hand if so desired. Please refer to the picture diagram on how to measure wrist. Make sure the sewing tape measure, paper strip, or string is flat against the skin but not pinching or bracelet will be too tight. DO NOT ADD EXTRA SLACK or it will be too big. Once you have the measurement round up to the nearest 1/2 inch (ex. 6-1/4" = 6-1/2", 7-5/8" = 8").
