Carol Jablonsky 1939-1992 Etching Limited Edition 8/30 Mother Mouse 4 by 3.75 in

Description: This listing is for the small but relatively scarce Carol Jablonsky (1939-1992) print that you see in the photos. I purchased it at an estate sale in Oregon where I was told its history. Information about Carol Jablonsky can be found on the internet. I am guessing that it is an etching. If it is not an etching, it is a lithograph. I do not know how old it is. I think that it might be from the 1980’s. I leave it to the buyer to decide its age. The print is limited and titled and signed in pencil, “18/30 Mother Mouse Jablonsky”. The frame measures close to 16 ¾ by 15 ¾ inches. The paper exposed by the mat measures close to 6 1/8 by 6 inches. The image measures close to 4 by 3 ¾ inches. The framed print weighs close to 3 pounds .2 ounces. The mat and print are behind glass. The mat and the paper that the print is printed upon are a very slightly brown off white cream color that makes me wonder if it is evenly toned by age but looking at photos of her other similar but not the same works on the internet makes me think that the color is probably original. The condition is much like you see it in the photos. I have not examined the print out of the frame so in that respect it is being sold “as is” and as shown. The mat and the print appear to be in excellent condition. The frame is in excellent condition. I have added some finishing nails to the back since taking the photos to hold the print in place better. The backing on the frame is as it appears to be. Otherwise, print and frame are fine and as shown. I guarantee this print to be as described and represented by the photos after the general description. The photos are part of the description. Please look at all of them. Please know that the lighting in my photos is uneven and that there might be shadows or reflections. The colors on my monitor look close to but not exactly like the actual colors. Different monitors may show different colors. I often say that an item measures or weighs “close to” because in my opinion no measurements are exact and some things are difficult to measure.
