The cap is 1" (inside effective length, actual length is longer). The cap is made from a very flexible vinyl and is RED. This cap can also be used as an "inside" plug, it has a flanged end for easy installation and removal (see pictures). These "stretch" pretty well up to about 0.870", after that it is pretty tough to go much further. Plugs are new, they will be repackaged in the quantity you choose in the drop down menu.
