The hardcover has stains and bent places and quite a bit of wear on it and there looks to be water damage to the back hardcover and some of the pages as well. There is writing on a few of the pages and stains, bends, and tears on some of the pages as well. One section of the pages near the back of the book have come, completely separated from the spine in the pages are very delicate and loose at the spine in many places.
