No. each tote has about 40 pounds in it. regardless how many pounds you buy legos will ship to you in a cardboard box. What can be built with these? depends on the person. if you are starting out new you will need at least 6-10 pounds to build much. most buyers purchase these to add to lego they already have. these are 100% random. Meaning you may receive 1 tire and no rim, or the other way around.
