The room does not come with wallpaper, floor paper, or the curtains on windows. You can build a room shown in the 2nd photo. As you can see in pictures, all parts listed on instruction are included. While all parts are there, I never had a chance to build this beautiful room, so I cannot guarantee how it comes out. One of the windows’ one side of the window is slightly loose due to the shorter edge which comes from manufacturing. You need to insert the little worden piece on bottom of the door, and also attach the door knobs. The glue may have been dried out already, so please use your own glue if that would be the case. You also need to glue the the wooden stick which should go on top of No. 3. Please see pictures, and let me know if you want more detailed ones. The wright is around 9lbs without padding and outer box which I plan on using for packing. You can add any wall and floor papers of your choice, but if you want to have the compete Bodo room, I have the wall and floor papers to be sold separately, so please let me know.You may see high shipping cost which would be used to make sure it will be well-padded and ship with full insurance and signature required, but you will get a refund for unused portion. Combined shipping with other purchase would not be possible for this item. It will be shipped via USPS ground advantage.
