The original part was 3D scanned to get an accurate part. This part is printed in a very very dark NAVY resin for a more black look. It's not exactly black but it does look pretty good. The tint of black can vary a little as resin availability affects what I have to use. Don't settle for low quality printed parts with rough surface finish that looks poor, or wore out original parts that cost a fortune and are so loose they fall out.
