Description: These are round wood framed prints of two of Bessie Pease Gutmann’s most iconic images: “A Little Bit of Heaven” and “Awakening” from 1918. I don’t know the exact time frame these are from but during the early 1900s Gutmann was one of the better known magazine and book illustrators in the United States. These prints are in beautiful uniquely shaped frames with scalloped edges and hand painted floral embellishments. They both measure approximately 15” in diameter and are in real nice shape but please scrutinize the pictures to judge condition for yourself and thanks for stopping by.
