Bed strips are punched with square holes according to the original pattern. Stainless steel is type 430, bright and slightly magnetic. This set includes 7 bed strips 76 7/8" Long Unpolished Stainless Wood Sill (end cap) The bed wood sill caps off the exposed ends of the bed wood. The Ford bed wood kits with a special 1 inch indention on the top of the bed wood so the bed wood sill lays flush with the wood and backs up to the strips, just like the original. The sill provides protection, as well as a nice appearance for the finishing touch to your bed. Holes are predrilled and bolts needed are included in the bed hardware kit. Made of 16 gage stainless steel Stainless steel is type 430, bright and slightly magnetic.Unpolished Stainless Complete Hardware Kit Hardware kit includes all the bolts, nuts, washers and lockwashers to install the bed wood, bed strips and angle strips. This kit does include the bed-to-frame bolts. The bolts in this kit are carriage bolts, which means they have a smooth, rounded head and a square shoulder to fit into a square hole.
