BEAUTIFUL Vintage Italian Designer Hand-Carved 18 Kt. Yellow Gold Cameo Ring

Description: LOVELY vintage Italian designer hand-carved 18 Kt. yellow gold conch shell cameo ring, size 6 3/4, sizable. This beautifully carved cameo ring is 1 1/4” long by 3/4” wide and weighs 3.6 grams. It is in VERY good vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear. This ring features an elegant woman in profile with an ornate coiffure and a pearl necklace. The setting is bright 18 Kt. yellow gold and is highly polished. It is stamped on the interior of the shank, “750” for 18 Kt. gold and has a designer’s mark inside of an oval cartouche. This ring has been professionally tested as solid 18 Kt. gold and the cameo has been verified by a certified gemologist as genuine, hand-carved conch shell.
