It measures 28-29” wide, 24” tall, 13” deep. There are 6 large rooms. It is missing a closet side panel and some of the decorative paper on the stairway. Please see all the photos. The roof is in great condition with NO corner damage which is super rare. The original artwork drawing above the fireplace is still clearly visible and beautiful which is also rare for these old houses. The chimney is a reproduction copy of the original. 1:12 and 1:16 size furniture fits nicely. No furniture is included. Also there is No electrical. We are in lower Michigan and very close to Ohio and Indiana. We are willing to meet you part way depending on how far.
