The opal has minor scratches that are not visible without magnification. All the diamonds are intact with no damage of any sort. This opal plays with colors like crazy and varies according to the lighting condition. Somehow, I think this opal keeps inventing new colors. Just take a look at the HD Video and see for yourself. Accenting the opal are 20 round-cut natural diamonds 100% eye clean and clear with clarity mostly VS2-SI1 and a few SI2. The Color is F-G. The diamonds range in diameter from 2.25 to 2.5 mm. The combined weight of the diamonds is 1.00CT. They sparkle and throw fire in every direction. The face of the ring measures 21.6 x 17.8 mm and rises 10.4 mm over and off finger level. The ring is crafted in 18K SOLID High Polish Yellow Gold. The 18K hallmark is stamped outside the ring as seen in the photos. I was told that some British jewelry makers sometimes stamp the ring on the outside. The ring weighs 8.1 grams. The ring size is 7 and can be resized by any competent jeweler.
