Products usually ship within 24hrs after payment. Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped and ready for pick up the following business day. If shipping to a PO Box, you must select the “Priority Mail” shipping option. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. Comprenew does not accept pre-printed shipping labels. Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Returns may be made either in-store or with a prepaid return label. Items that are missing components, damaged, or altered because of customer actions, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Damage includes but is not limited to: damage caused by operator error, physical or electrical stress, and virus or spyware infection. Items that are damaged in return shipping, may sustain a deduction of up to 30% on the refund.
