Description: I found this at an estate sale, I have no idea what the fabric is...it almost seems like umbrella type of synthetic material. Could it be a very early version of Acetate? I don't know. I cannot guess at its age, but decades for sure. It has a stain across the back of one of the shoulders which is clearly pictured.
