Our turn-around time stated in your listing may vary by a day or two. Our work load dictates our timing. We are generally fully staffed most of the year so no real delays usually occur but there are times, depending on local sales and fairs we attend where it get a little nutty. Please be patient. We ship either USPS OR UPS GROUND - Please Note: Our signs have some weight, especially the large ones. We ONLY set the size and weight, WE DO NOT set the shipping cost. We don't like the rising costs either. It's unfair to all of us. But please understand that it isn't us. *** Also, we may print out your shipping label a few days before shipping, if you track your package and it hasn't moved this is why. 4. Important Notice:All of our signs are made to order. We sell out so fast it is almost impossible to stock them. Please know that we are working daily to make your sign as fast as we can and ship it out. At times it can take 3 to 5 days and other times 7 to 10 days just to ship depending on the time of year.
