Description: This early 1900s signed Peugeot Freres chef's chopper is in very good, used condition.It has a beautifully curved antique steel blade, stamped with the Peugeot name. The "Freres" part of the name has partially worn off through use and age. It also has the original oak grip handles, rounding out this incredible piece of history.
