The lock is # 370 as shown in the 1926 Russwin trade catalog. The strike, bolt, and face plate are made of brass. The lock body is cast iron. The mortise lock is in excellent functional condition - it has been refurbished - all parts disassembled, cleaned and properly reassembled. The lock is reversible - it will work with a right hand or left hand swing door. Dimensions are as follows: Face plate: 5-3/8" x 15/16", Distance between the face and center-of-hub (set back): 2-1/2", Distance between center-of-hub to center-of-key post: 2-3/16". Comes with a functioning skeleton key. Does not come with mounting screws or strike plate. Please look at the pictures carefully as they are considered part of the description.
