Description: Antique Jean Pouyat Limoges France Hand Painted Creamer & Covered Sugar Bowl Set. According to the inscription on the bottom of the sugar bowl this beautiful set was given as a Christmas present in 1898. It features a hand painted delicate pink, brown and green floral pattern with gold trim. The creamer is 4 1/4” tall, 4” wide spout to handle and 3” deep, the sugar bowl measures 5 3/8” tall including lid, 5” wide handle to handle and 3 1/2” deep. This set is in very good antique condition, no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. The creamer shows light fading of the pattern and some staining on the interior. Minor gilt loss.
