Description: This is an Antique Arts & Crafts Hand Peened / Hammered Copper Bowl / Dish. This wonderful period bowl has great lines with a pentagonal well in the center and a graceful line in relief sweep upward from each corner of the pentagon. The bowl has a nicely rolled upper edge. The bowl has a 7 5/8" upper diameter and the pentagon has 2 5/8" long sides. The height is about 1 1/4". The bowl weighs six ounces. The bowl is not signed. The ladies we bought if from were selling both items of their own and items from their father's estate. We were told that this bowl is an original piece from the Arts & Crafts period, and it appears to me that the information is correct.
