Chromolithograph print signed "Lib." (Liberio Prosperi), measuring 16" x 21.5". Features prominent figures such as Mr. Gladstone, Lord Randolph Churchill, J. Chamberlain, Lord Hartington, Mr. Parnell, John Bright, W.V. Harcourt, Mr. H. Labouchère, Mr. Bradlaugh, C.R. Spencer, Mr. Chaplin, Lord Arthur Hill, George Leveson-Gower, Mr. Gossett, Inspector Denning and others. Tear on bottom left-hand corner. Some age discoloration and wear, as well as some writing on the back that I could not make out. Paper is old and fairly brittle and will need to be handled with care.
