Description: High Quality Billet Aluminum Diverter Valve. Black Anodized Aluminum. Note: only the original KraftwerkTurbo DV is laser engraved. All others are imitations and NOT our valves. Diverter or Bypass Valve, direct replacement for plastic OEM type DV (with rubber bladder that frequently fails). Used in all turbo engines from Audi, VW, Saab, Volvo, Porsche, etc. Stock replacement. Performance Upgrade. Must Have or 'strongly recommended' for any tuned engine. This valve is durable and designed to hold more boost without leakage (and also looks much better than the factory valve). Very high flow rate to properly protect the turbo (even at VERY high boost levels)Comes with additional springs to adapt to boost level, and shim to fine tune (if desired); also included are new clamps and vacuum hose for plug-and-play installation. The vacuum nipple is slightly larger compared to the plastic OEM Bosch valve (at 1/4" or 6.3mm). These are also great for custom turbo builds that require a recirculated bypass system, or you can use this as a blow-off valve! We are running these valves on all of our stock and upgraded/tuned cars with great success. We recommend to run the installed blue spring for anything from mild stage 1 tune to agressive high boost application.
