Description: Aloe suprafoliata - This rare Aloe species from South Africa and Eswatini is a favorite of Aloe growers and collectors. Its common names, Mustache Aloe and Book Aloe, refer to its striking growth habit of alternating opposite leaves. When mature, the plant flowers by sending up a bright pink inflorescence that can reach up to three feet above the rosette.Despite its relative rarity in cultivation this species is quite easy to grow; it prefers bright direct light and well-draining soil. Always allow the soil to dry out between waterings. You will receive a plant similar (or slightly larger) to the one shown in the photos. All all plants are shipped bare root.
