How To Apply The Concrete, Brick & Stone Sealer Make sure that the surface temperature is a minimum of 40°F and a maximum of 100°F for three hours following application. Once your surface is free and clear of any dirt and debris, use a low pressure pump-up garden sprayer to spray a thin, even layer. The use of a sprayer will allow you to evenly apply the product. For vertical surfaces, start at the bottom and work your way towards the top, applying a flood coat so that the sealer runs down approximately 6" from where you're spraying. The surface should remain wet for 2-3 minutes before final absorption. Apply a second coat within a few minutes of the first. On horizontal surfaces, avoid puddling or ponding; brush or broom to spread material until the sealer thoroughly penetrates the surface. Surface will be dry in 2-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Allow 24 hours before driving on surface.
