The chest is measured from underarm to underarm. If the garment has adjustable straps they are measured on the side inseam as we don't want it to drag. Measurements are of the Actual Garment, not the size it will fit. Please let me know if you need more measurements than I have provided. I will be happy to do it as I have rather do that than have you not be happy with the fit of your purchase Why wear what everyone else is wearing when you can wear Vintage! So most of the treasures I have are Vintage and have had a previous life, the lace may not be as crisp, the fabric a little softer and not as bright as it was when it was new.
