A completely original note which has just a few folds and looks decent in the holder. The seal and serial numbers are that deep orange/gold color that is so pleasing to the eye. It is graded PMG Gem Uncirculated 65EPQ. The Exceptional Paper Quality designation means that it is not washed or pressed like many of the raw notes you will see on eBay.
