Description: 92mm to 80mm fan adapter plate. Let's you mount a larger 92mm fan in a fan slot that can only fit a 80mm fan. Or vice versa if you want to mount a strong 80mm fan more inwards on a 92mm fan slot than the 92mm fan would sit. Comes with the 8 screws you'll need; really easy just screw your 80mm fan to the mount and then the mount to the case. Fits standard 92mm/80mm fans and 80mm/92mm fan slots. Will almost certainly fit unless you have a really strange fan; if in doubt refer to the technical drawing and measure your fan & fan slot. ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU'RE NOT SURE! Clearance height is if you are replacing a 80mm fan and it was sitting in a well or some other tight space and you need to move away from the fan slot to get clearance for the enlarging cone of the adapter and/or the larger 92mm fan. If you are mounting an 80mm where a 92mm fan used to sit, then just pick the minimum clearance height it doesn't matter in your case. This design smoothly enlarges/shrinks between the 80mm and 92mm sizes and has good plenum volume for optimal airflow. Unlike other adapters, this design completely fills in the frame around either fan so everything is still sealed airtight afterwards and your fan works as efficiently as possible providing airflow.
