Description: At McIntires Mini Mansion we are blessed with a beautiful flock of Blue, Black and Splash Australorps. Our Flock is fed a high-quality non medicated diet consisting of both organic and non-organic foods, including lots of raw fruits and veggies. They have a large outside area they can roam in, compete for insects, socialize, and soak up some sun. They enjoy fresh, unprocessed well-water and uncrowded, wide-open living conditions. (This is to help ensure better care of air cells during their transportation) Once in bubble wrap the eggs are firmly and tightly packed in styrofoam peanuts as to help ensure any ruff handling by the post office. I do try to supply 1-2 extra eggs per shipment to unforeseen circumstances if hens allow. (Even though we mark Fragile and This End Up on the box directions are not always followed.)
