Description: You are buying this used HAPPY BIRTHDAY double sided outdoor flag.Size approx 27" x 39 " This flag was flown outside a lot before my mom passed and it is a little faded with minor markings and wear (especially along hte edges). I think the surface area cleaned up well but the outer thread is not longer white. It has been sitting in storage for over ten years and was freshly laundered for these photos. While it is not perfect, it looks pretty good for its age and use. It is now shoved into a bag w new wrinkles, awaiting your love. Photos are of the actual item. As is.
