She was Playboy Playmate of the Month for January 2006.Lunberg appeared as a playmate at the age of 19 fulfilling an ambition she had since seeing the magazine at age 16. She appeared in Playboy TV's Sexy Girls Next Door contest as Athena Dawnelle, ultimately winning the opportunity to become a Playmate.
