If a part or item is deemed to be defective or broken upon inspection not due to the aforementioned, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please keep in mind, due to the nature of the business, we may not stock another identical/replacement part, and therefore would refund the customer or issue a store credit. Refunds are subject to will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
