Description: Here is a lovely copy of the third title in the hugely popular Mary Russell/Sherlock Holmes series by Laurie R. King. This is A Letter Of Mary and is a stated first edition first printing published by St. Martin’s Press in 1997. This copy is truly nice. The binding is square, tight, and the text is immaculate throughout. There is one stray pencil mark to the upper page block which is in no way a remainder mark at all and is shown in the last photo. The blue boards are extremely clean as is the spine and the gilt blue lettering on the spine is pristine as shown. The spine ends having very light “rounding” as shown and the four corners of this copy are in excellent condition. The dust jacket is complete and has the original price present on the inside front flap. There is little to no wear to this jacket but for two stray marks on the jacket spine which I have included in the pics listed.King is a most talented writer and has won the prestigious Edgar Award for the best mystery novel or series.
