Description: For your consideration, I have available a 1936 dated, First Edition Presumed Hardback book titled Five Little Martins and The Martin House, written by Caroline Van Buren. The book is in good condition for the age, showing what I would consider normal wear to the interior, with some light pictured cracking to the spine. The exterior is also in good shape. I have tried to take enough photos to help ascertain the size and condition of this book. I’m selling a lot of articles in my home right now, in an effort to raise some cash.
