I am not a coin dealer or an expert on item! It is being sold AS IS!! Item has NOT been inspected by a magnifying glass, only viewed by the regular eye. It is in good uncirculated condition. Has some dust and fingerprints. It does not appear to have scratches to it. Certificate of Authenticity has wording transfer to inside, clear case and coin case from sitting in storage.
