This cent is still in the Original Government Packaging (OGP) (i.e. mint cello/plastic). I personally removed this coin from the United States Souvenir Set (since the Mint didn't make mint sets that year) but left them in their original packaging (cello) to take pictures of it and the other coins from the set.
