The flowers seem more 60s to me, but color palette and style is very 70s, so I'm not too sure! 🌼 Short puff sleeves with elasticized ruffled cuffs 🌹 Lace up front and invisible back zipper closure with hook and eye 🌸 Gathered seams with tiered panels 🪺 Contrast fabrics with multicolored florals and solid orange 🌷 Adjustable waist; seam is not elastic, but it laces up and can be pulled tighter 🍄 Mini A-line, fit and flare silhouette Adorable! Could be worn casually, as a costume, or to Oktoberfest! Also feels very marionette. Love everything about it. Pre-owned condition; great vintage condition. Needs some minor fixes. Check photo details. I could sew, but I figured there's a chance it may need tailoring, so will sell as is. To fix: hook and eye came loose, part of hem also loose, tiny fraying on neckline, and seam on the bodice near lacing. Easy fixes. Fabric does not appear stained or discolored.
