Description: 1953 Oahu Iolana Double Neck Lap Steel Guitar The serial number is "X41267" and one of the pots dates to July 1953 (304-329). The guitar is in excellent condition overall and there are no major dings. There is some general wear but nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage guitar. No cracks, modifications or structural issues.The hardware and electronics are in excellent working condition. Everything is original except the output jack. The plastic tuner buttons have deteriorated and are very brittle, so I ordered a new set and will install them before shipping.It comes in the original case which has some general wear on the outside. One small crack on the edge but it is not causing any major issues. All of the latches, hinges and handle are in excellent working order and the interior has no bad odors.Please note that I do not set up my guitars before mailing. I have played it and everything is great as far as I'm concerned, but you may need to change the strings, adjust the action or do other maintenance to get it to your preferences.I list some of my items on both eBay and Reverb.
