The STAT Display Sheet has info on front and back, it contains the score, stats, play by play action, highlights for the team. The Kansas City Monarchs wore this patch on their jersey during the 1942 Season. This is a High Quality Patch, intricately patterned with 38,000 separate stitches. It was made by Willabee and Ward. I recently purchased a few W & W Patch Collections and am breaking up the sets to sell the patches individually.
