One can see the name Wylam carved in the keystone above the entrance. On the verso, this photo has been signed by a bunch of teachers at the school. {Thanks to an alert ebayer for pointing this fact out to me :-} This should help someone from the Wylam area to date the photo more narrowly than my ca. 1930s-1940s guesstimate. I originally listed this as Wylam High School but have been informed by another alert ebayer that it is actually Wylam Grammar or Primary School ;-} Moderate edgewear else NEAR VERY GOOD. IMPORTANT: Remember that the tiny slip of blue paper is not attached to the item. It is put on the scanner bed merely to protect the uniqueness or near uniqueness of an image so that the high bidder gets an item that has not been copied via someone's computer.
